Jared brings years of operations leadership experience from the energy industry, where he managed complex logistics and large-scale terminal operations for major energy firms. That background instilled a disciplined, systems-driven approach to asset management.
Recognizing the wealth-building power of commercial real estate, Jared transitioned to full-time real estate investing, applying the same operational rigor and analytical mindset to underwriting, acquiring, and managing multifamily properties.
His investment philosophy centers on acquiring quality assets at favorable basis points, executing disciplined value-add business plans, and protecting investor capital at every stage.
Elizabeth Schaefer

Elizabeth is the operational backbone of Prominent Wealth Strategies. She oversees investor relations, financial reporting, and the day-to-day coordination that keeps every project running smoothly.
